Is it possible to place the power supply anywhere in the system?

Yes. Just like the luminaires, the power supply can be placed anywhere in the system, except the areas of connectors between tracks. For most positions, the pre-drilled holes in the profile can be used for the cable feed. For more options it is also possible to drill additional holes during installation.

Is it possible to feed the power supply into the track from the side?

No. The power supply must always be fed directly from the ceiling. Drilling a hole into the side of the track would destroy the elelctrical conductor.

Is it possible to use more than one power supply?

Yes. This is possible, if each power supply feeds into separate tracks and no electrical connection is made between the individual electrical circuits

Is it possible to build a closed shape (for example a square)?

Yes. Please make sure the electrical connection is interrupted at one place in the loop (remove electrical connector).

How is the system dimmed?

The system becomes dimmable with the optional remote control. Using the remote control, all luminaires in the system can be dimmed together. When powered off, the system memorizes the last dimming state and returns to it once it is powered up again (memory function). Use of external wall-dimmers is not possible. App-control and smart-home integration are available.

Is it possible to dim individual luminaires?

The remote control always dims one group of luminaires. To dim luminaires seperately, use multiple remote controls or the smartphone app.

Which app is available to control the system?

App control is possible with the "Hao Deng" App.

Available here:

The app allows for individual control of luminaires in the system. It is also possible to create places, groups, light scenes, timer functions etc. . Connections with smart-home applications and devices such as Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple Home etc. are also possible and can be managed in the app.

Is it possible to use more than one remote control?

Yes. It is possible to use multiple remote controls to control different luminaires / groups of luminaires / systems separately.

  1. Switch on the luminaires you would like to control with remote control 1. (group 1)
  2. Press button "W" on remote control 1 for 5 seconds to connect the luminaires to the remote control.
  3. Successfully connected luminaires will blink when the connection is successful.
  4. Switch off the electrical connection for group 1.
  5. Switch on the group 2 luminaires which you would like to control with remote control 2.
  6. Press button "W" on remote control 2 for 5 seconds to connect the luminaires to the remote control.
  7. Successfully connected luminaires will blink when the connection is successful.
  8. Power on electricity for group 1 or put the luminaires back in the track.
  9. Repeat the steps to set up further groups and remote controls.

The easiest way to use multiple remote controls is with the help of the app-control. Remote controls can be added as additional devices and added to specific (groups of) luminaires.

Is it possible to change the length of the pendant luminaires?

Yes. The length can be individually changed in the range of appr. 50cm to 230cm (bottom of the luminaire). The cable is stored in the cable-reservoir and only needs to be taken from or put into the reservoir. No cutting, soldering etc. is necessary. Please see installation instructions for details.

Is it possible to create individual lengths for the tracks?

No. Please combine the standard lengths in a way that best suits your needs.

How to reset the system to factory settings?

In some situations it can be necessary to reset the system and all luminaires to factory settings. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Switch off the electricity and wait for 30 seconds.
  2. Switch system on for 5 seconds.
  3. Switch off for a short moment.
  4. Switch system on for 5 seconds.
  5. Switch off for a short moment.
  6. Switch system on for 5 seconds.
  7. Switch off for a short moment.
  8. Switch system on for 5 seconds.
  9. Switch off for a short moment.
  10. Switch system on for 5 seconds.
  11. Switch off for a short moment.
  12. Switch system back on. The luminaires will blink to confirm they have been reset to factory settings.
